Wires from satellite decisions
Bexley Road
Recycling bin – peripatetic team sweeps all of the bin sites
Front of shops not swept – may need to review schedule
Blocks
Floors will be recovered
Walls need cleaning – a deep clean will be organised at the same time as stair areas
Stairs treads need deep cleaning
Bin room burnt out – can we have permanent signs put up about putting rubbish in the bin chute?
Window contractors are now in place – but concerns about whether job is being done. This will be investigated.
Young people hanging around in block – also during school time
Areas outside entrances need deep clean
Window on landing of needs to be cleaned of graffiti or replaced
Bexley Road entryphone faulty

Fence needs repairing along side in Alderwood Road
Rainham Close
Garden of Teynham House needs clearing
Shin rail missing in front of school
Cars park on pavement and grass verges during times when children are dropped off
General Comment on Blocks – should be swept and washed once per week
The lift floors are cleaned every day but the walls and doors are smeared with grime. These need to be given a deep clean.
Flat surfaces need dusting – the stairs are cleaned regularly – but not railings and ledges on the top of the tiles are dusty.
Windows need cleaning behind railings on landings between floors.

Fence falling over – Harris rails need fixing
Light cover broken on outside of building
Flue pipe not cemented in leaving a large hole
Piece of feather edge fence missing

Cupboard doors to water taps outside blocks have broken off
Leaking outside tap by entrance
First floor landing window cracked
Fencing badly damaged – need replacing
Fence to drying area needs repairing
Broken panels to pipes in communal areas
Broken window 2nd and 1st floor – handles missing

Old laundry room needs grille over window
Netting removed from 3rd floor balconies needs to be replaced
Path to LEB substation

- part of it dangerous – needs relaying

Dead weeds stuck between paving stones
Weeds in kerbside need clearing
Wall needs repairing near Ospringe
Clean paint off of the pavement
Alderwood Road - Drain cover missing on entrance to path by block
Wayfield Link – tree shoots in front of block need removing
