Sidcup Road, from Garage to Chapple Farm Road on the East bound side is not being swept properly.

Cars parking on pavement in Leasdale, Hevercroft, Crockham Way. Pedestrians can not pass by with mobility scooters.

Queens Gardens – no seats – memorial seat removed and never replaced.

More activities for sports activities for young people across the Estate. Wynford, Altash and The Course

Crest. Dogs not being kept on lead. Young people hanging around the block. Letter has been sent to residents of Crest stating that people have been filmed on CCTV letting dogs run off lead. Caretaking reporting youths hanging around all night. [Note to Gill, arrange visit to flats in Sidcup Road].

Beanshaw, Southland, The Knole Gas

No ball games sign in Great Harry Drive.

The Course. Young children’s swing park needs repair.

Altash Gardens. Kisisng Gate needs replacing.

The Course grass will be reinstated within two weeks.

Children’s swing park needs clearing of graffiti.

Equipment needs reinstating.

Thames Water – leak from the allotments at the Course.

What is happening about allotment shop.

Parking on grass corner of Adderley Gardens. Lombarde Avenue.

Markings in William Barefoot Drive. Chevrons have worn away.

The Link – cupboard under the communal stairs.

Block needs deep clean after building work is completed next door.
