Pavements being resurfaced across the Estate, including Simnel Road, Horsa and Hengist.

Stair well needs repainting in Simnel.

Gulley outside 44 Gavestone needs clearing.

Simnel 12-21 roof leak. Ceiling of stair well has been damaged after it was repaired last year. Gullies on the flat roofs need to be checked regularly to ensure they are clear.

B15. Time of bus erratic. Still not coming on to the Estate. Clive is in regular contact with TfL about this.

Weeds behind block in Simnel need to be cleasred.

BNP graffiti on path in park reappearing. This was painted out several years ago but is now reappearing.

Gavestone Crescent. Gallows gate will be installed to stop fly tipping in this road. Neighbours and allotment plot holders will be given a key.

Gulley 132 Sibthorpe needs clearing.

Number of dogs have been let off their leads in the park. Notice at entrance to park to inform dog owners about keeping dogs on a lead.

Will there be a change of use consultation with local people over 104 Gavestone Road? Complaints already about loud music.
